


The shuttle service didn't unfortunately work out (first time in years) because of a number of unfortunate circumstances. I'm sorry that our guests didn't enjoy their stay with us. Bin full, dirty dishes and towels: you just have to ask us and apologies for not having done it anyway! Carlo Steps: you don't have to take steps! Indeed, even if Positano is full of steps, you can get from our hotel to the beach in 10 minutes, walking along the road and taking zero steps! 8. Breakfast with us: please let us know what you would like! 7. If the guests had shared this with us we would have offered a free stay. Since then, we changed all our mattresses, performed a disinsfestation and replaced our cleaning personnel, in order to make sure that this will never happen again. Bed bugs: we confirm we had bed bugs problems in the past in one of our rooms. We are happy to provide fans for the rooms! 5. Noise: our hotel is located in a very quiet area and we hardly receive feedback about the noise. Our apologies if there wasn't! We would have appreciated that you had shared this with us. Soap: we provide soap and soap is normally in the room. Our guest could have shared this with us and they would have received as many big towels as they wished. The towels: we have hand towels as well as big towels, beach towels and bathrobes! Probably, by mistake, there weren't any in the room, but it was just a mistake that doesn't even happen often.
